About Us
First established in 2015, TW Money Advice Service (‘TWMAS’) is an independent local charity with its own board of trustees, existing to support the provision of debt and money advice in the Twickenham area and beyond. Today, TWMAS fulfils its mission in partnership with Crosslight Advice, through our support of the Crosslight branches in the TW postcode area. This partnership approach enables funds and resources to be deployed locally with local insight, whilst benefiting from a strong, unified service delivery infrastructure, pooled resources, and shared central expertise.
Raising Funds
TWMAS is responsible for most of the direct operating costs of the Twickenham Branch, raising funds from local donors and grant making bodies.
Employing Staff
TWMAS employs the local staff team including the Branch Manager, who provide advice as agents of Crosslight and are managed day-to-day by the wider Crosslight staff family.
Serving our community
TWMAS’s locally-based trustees and volunteers help ensure that Crosslight Twickenham is rooted in and representative of the local community we serve.
Through this partnership
Crosslight's Twickenham Branch supported over 169 individuals and families with with debt and money advice in the last 12 months
In the last 12 months:
